IT WAS A MISTAKE , who would have thought we could think we enjoyed the act of poisoning ourselves, who would have thought we would be drugged and brainwashed. We were young and vulnerable, asserting our individuality, rebelling against parents perhaps while wanting to fit in with our peers. How could we know it would hold us for a lifetime? Had we fully understood, I doubt that we would have chosen to be lifetime smokers.
IT WAS A MISTAKE but we are educated now. We know we can beat nicotine addition. We know that we can quit. Others do it. It's time to stop making excuses and make plans for a better future.

For me the top one is fear I can be frozen in fear I can fear death which most people fear, I can be frightened of spiders, or snakes, I can be frightened of stopping something, I can be frightened of starting something, I can be frightened of others ridiculing me and so on....
So from today I will adopt my own FEAR Mantra to see how it fits into aspects of my life. Others can use their own once they find one that really fits. FEAR, (future, always, ensured, Rewards granted) Love the videos
