It’s not enjoyable anymore
I frightened for my health.
I see the effects of long term smoking at work everyday, and I don’t want that for myself.

Hi Rhea 16. You are a perfect candidate for quitting smoking easily. Once we change how we view smoking, we are more able to accept the truths that we have been disillusioned. The tobacco companies did a good job in drugging us , not only with an addictive substance called nicotine, but also to buy into their claims. Smoking is not cool. Smoking does not relax you or help with anxiety. Smoking kills. We were too brainwashed to see that we could escape it, but instead resigned ourselves to the fact that we were addicted. We felt that we must enjoy it. What we enjoyed was the relief we felt after giving into its demands of "feed me"".
Freedom is absolutely great. No more missing out on things to sneak a smoke. No more cough, no more stink.
Read and learn all you can about nicotine and you, and plan your escape now. 👍

Stay off those smoke's and remind yourself every day of those IMPORTANT reason's to not smoke.
