It's all about health
The 19th is my birthday.
The first one in 43 years in which I will not be smoking.
I am now 10 weeks smoke free (Dec.10).
I can only say this- do whatever you can to not pick up that cigarette again. You won't regret it.
I cannot think of a gift better than freedom. Happy Birthday Beth! Cheers! To many, many more birthdays.... all smoke free!
happy birthday for yesterday. I am sure it was a good one, even better now you are free from the smokes .I hope you gave yourself a great gift with some of the money you have saved. keep on this path you have got this .
