Happy Aus-Straylia day to you too. We have made the best decision of our modern or adult live's by not smoking. I outta know. It took me a few go'es, However, Its been almost 6 years for me & probably live 6 more year's or more not less.......So stay with the program. It does get even easier than we could ever imagined....  Every EX smoker had to get past their 90 day MARK. AND In my case that MARK was (IS) WONDERFUL....
