Day 22

I’m on day 22 & still taking each day as a win. Some days are easier than others, some days I don’t think I’m going to make it but so far I’m winning. This time around I’m trying to be more aware of my triggers & when I can feel I’m getting jumpy I remove myself from the situation & take myself for a quiet walk or log on here & see how you’re all doing. So far that strategy is helping & the crappy moments are getting further apart.
I don’t want to be told what to do by nicotine anymore.

Think positive, not negative. You CAN do this!
We all started out with some doubt and trepidation, but if you really want this then you most certainly can do this. We are examples of positive thnking.

I hope today is another win day for you and for all our friends here.
When we can say Good-bye and good riddance, we can take back control of our lives, health , wealth and future.
