Time flies and it's hard to believe that my last puff was 7 years ago today. I used to say to myself about quitting smoking - I have the will and I have the power, but I don't have the willpower. In reality we all do, and one needs to dig a bit deeper to quit once and for all. My mantra throughout, and even today, is NOPE - not one puff ever. Sending good luck and good vibes to all fellow quitters. Cheers

That's awesome Safe. You were my mentor and I took the mantra of NOPE very seriously after hearing your story. You were and still are an inspiration to those starting out.

We really do only need quit once if we heed the warning. Like Lays Potato Chips slogan goes..... you can't eat just one! Nicotine is an addiction but it can be beaten. We are proof.

Hello Happiness, I’ve just seen your comment on another post, so I now know it IS possible to reply with gratitude for support given. Maybe I’m not logged in properly? Any help would be appreciated in finding the “reply” section. I am genuine and really need support from another smoker or previous smoker. Thanks 🙏
