The 5th September this year 2023 marks 5 glorious years smoke free. What can I say, you can do it and achieve that ultimate reward! Look back now and wonder why I even started but it is what it is, so happy with what I have accomplished so far. Feeling better, took up playing guitar and feel so much more relaxed and stress free these days. Hope everyone is pushing forward. Cheers

Thank you Wazza for your inspiration and encouragement. Well done 5 years! The personal inner decision to stop smoking is key to success. Will remember that.

Wtg m8. You have definitely got the edge on me with five solid years. I only did ten months which ended last year I was home less. So you know I just found the strength to endure this quit and stay solid as a rock on bud
