a few little twinges

I quit on the night of August 3 and since then I have only had a few twinges which are not full on cravings but are like a bit of a desire to smoke. They are certainly not intense and now that I am very determined to stay quit it seems a whole lot easier than before to do.
My mind is made up so there’s the determination
I really feel good about my final decision to never pick up a cigarette ever again. This forever deal doesn’t phase me at all and I feel strong. Stresses will always come and go and you can’t let it get the better of you so that you cave in. I’m doing other things like art work and listening to music to relax.

I'm gradually forgetting about smoking. I didn't think of it once for a full day and just got on with life. It's a whole lot easier to do when you are really ready to quit. Then your mind is one.

I agree with Cuba. The decision to stop is the key.
I see my life as a non-smoker from now on.
A positive feeling for better future.
I AM a non smoker now ! is the mindset

It Is All in the mind. Once you are really determined to do it, the mind joins up and follows you in what you are deciding to do!
