The first time I quit I was off for over 11 years then got a job that was total BS and having a cig was a great excuse to leave the building. Not long after my BP normalised but I stacked on weight. Argument with Doc ensued. "Watch your weight". "A few extra kgs or cigs"? "A few extra kgs"! I've never met anyone who quit on patches or gum. Yet in the UK, 5-6 years ago Drs said go on Vapes and quite a few people got off the nicotine that way, maybe not off the Vape though. This time not going through the lungs wanting to strangle me, going through the munchies and grouchies big time.
