i am alomst 5 years smoke free evey time i felt like a smoke i would hear my docters words in my head i actually do not miss having a smoke ireally dont like the smell of them and i did not realize when i did smoke that i smelt like them ewww

Well done on being smoke free for 5 years. I'm 50 days and going strong. I want to not smoke! Feel the same as you about the stench of smoke. YUK
