Feeling lost

I am day 1 and feeling very anxious and like my world is different, like I am missing something and lost.

A very normal reaction. You'll feel like something is missing, both physically and mentally, for a little while. It'll come in waves, but each succeeding wave will get shorter and shorter. Hang in there and it'll get better. Eat carrots, sunflower seeds, chew gum, take nice long walks of whatever else to take your mind off smoking. Practice NOPE -not one puff ever. Good luck.

People get anxious when they think that they can never smoke again.

Just take one day at a time and don't worry about the rest :)
