Swelling

I'm from the US. 1 week after I quit I developed rash on outside of my feet. Then feet and ankles started swelling. Went to emergency room. Then followed up with my doctor. Now seeing specialist. I quit November 6, 2022. Swelling still and my leg muscles hurt. They can't tell me what is wrong. I have never had these problems until I quit. Anyone else experience these symptoms after quitting?

A friend of mine, who quit at the same time I did, experienced extreme rash and itching and other unpleasant systems after quitting smoking. Even his teeth were itching. It lasted for 6 months or so.
