Day 21

I made it..Day 21! Last night was really tough though. I could not go to sleep or get the thoughts of a cigarette out of my head. Somehow I finally drifted off to sleep without a fix! Today is better but still not great...it's a one day at a time struggle. I read stories about how people feel great after 3 weeks and I still feel like crap...stories about how they hardly even think of a cigarette and I think of them alot still! I know it's different for everyone but I just want the cravings to go away!!! I'm looking forward to a life without nicotine controlling my days of when & where I can have a cigarette.

3 weeks is great.
Start believing in your choice to NOT SMOKE is the best choice and you will find yourself feeling better.
