Remember that cravings are really just thoughts. NEVER debate with a craving. You have already made up your mind and there is nothing left to mull over. Put the thought out of your mind and continue on with something else to occupy your brain. Find little ways to boost the Happy Dopamine like nicotine did. Lavender, joyful music, exercise and doing things you like to do are ways of doing this. Cut down on caffeine while reducing nicotine as not to get the jitters. which are interpreted as anxiety. Replace the bad habit with something worthwhile. Play on your phone , exercise, or call a friend!

You've got this!
