At the end of day 4 today. Yesterday was bad. I discovered that my craving to smoke mostly happens in the afternoon/evening. When it hits, I make myself focus on how much my physical health has improved already.

That's the way Mishmash. Most of us agree that it's mind over matter. Having a mindset like "Not One Puff Ever" is key!

And the rest will be history.

Your off to a great start Mishmash. It does get easier and easier still with positive thoughts and the desire to succeed rather than to look for excuses to quit. We always enjoy doing something that we want to do rather than that which we hate. Quitting smoking is soooo worth the effort, and we know that you CAN do this. You only need quit once. Remember that you will not regret this change in your life. We all wish that we had done it sooner!
