Mish018, Thanks so much! For sure you strong! Our brains can do things that we can never imagine! If you're telling me you will quit smoking just over a year ago I will laugh and say no way! But now....That is it!!! NO MORE! Cheers and all the best!

Congratulations Tasos. Yes, we can quit easier than we ever imagined when we want to make that our CHOICE.

There are silver linings in even the worst events of our lives like heart attacks and strokes. We accept them, deal with them and move on with life changes.

Perhaps we even appreciate the simpler things and enjoy every moment given to us with gratefulness and joy. We see the positives and are happier for it.

Much like putting the mind to desire better. We make a plan and do our best to see it through with little tweeks along the way if necessary. We are stronger than nicotine and we do have free will. When we CHOOSE to do something rather than demanded , there is much more pleasure and satisfaction to be gained. Still you persevered and beat the devil when cornered. Good for you!

Life is indeed wonderful as a non-smoker!

Be proud of yourself. I remember my 1 year mark with a saving of $9,674.

I have no idea how much I save every year as I bought my last packet almost two and a half years ago.
