Hello Everyone!
I have been smoking for approximately 6 years and I'm currently on my third day of going cold turkey! I'm now back at work and I'm usually in a routine of smoking. Dose anyone have any tips on how i can beat the cravings?

as time goes by and adjustments in mindset and triggers are tempered head on, the Quit does become easier.
I;m sure others will pitch-in with their tip's to beat the craving's.
I had to tell myself over and over... I Dont Smoke - No matter what!

It most definitely does, and really it not need be that difficult even in the start. Read and learn. We believe you can, now you must. Anyone can quit smoking, even easily.

1. The Hypnotist Podcast - find the smoking ones and download a few and play them while you sleep each night for 3-4 days or as needed
2. Take a quality Turmeric capsule every day, it stimulates dopamine which is what you are craving. Smoking gives you a temporary hit, thats why after the Nicotine has gone you still crave

Take several deep breaths breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 2, then exhale slowly.
Drink iced water with a squeeze of lime juice.
Citrus takes the edge off
Eat slices of cold 🍊 oranges
Brush your teeth 3 times each day and use floss

Furthermore you could explore using essential oils to relax and also simply drink lots of Earl Grey Tea as it contains Bergamot which reduces your heart rate
