Well here I am at 44days nicotine free!

Yay! 😊

I have the mindset now that I am a non smoker and that makes all the difference!

Good luck to everyone on their quit journey!

schedule 7 Sep 2021

Im almost convinced that having a mindset of self belief to be able to stop smoking, makes a big difference. I think if you realize that your smoking did turn into an addiction and not just a recreational habit, you know you've got it beat!

After all, as a middle aged women, surely you have smoked enough?

Yay to the first 44 days of your smoke free life,.

Its freedom.

You're well beyond that 5 week mark from your last post. WoW! Congratulations girl! So you are 44 days strong. You have conquered the battle of the brain as it truly is a matter of mindset. Job well done! Your positive attitude goes a long way. When I see success, like yours, I get really charged up and excited knowing I'm getting there too. You are an inspiration to me.
