Cold Turkey

Avoiding the alcohol at dinner helps to avoid the one cigarette I have after it. I quit 3 years ago, cold Turkey but during this lock down I started again. I don’t really know what to do this time.

Hi Roka,
All I can say, is keep on quitting and don't give up. If you have a failed attempt, you need to quit again, and again, as many times as it takes. I would also suggest staying close to this site and read, read, read and you will certainly get some inspiration and you will learn tons more, even learn about yourself.
Everyone is different, but you will find what works for YOU. You obviously know how to quit, you just need to know how to STAY QUIT. You have come to the right place. I'm sure you will find some helpful hints and great suggestions. This is a site where people REALLY want to help. Stick with us Roka.

I'm 6 weeks in on quitting cigarettes. I'm battling with withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, foggy brain, anxiety and sleepless nights. I was so exited when I made the decision to quit, but the withdrawal symptoms make me miserable. Is this normal

Hang in there theone, help is on it's way. Give some people a chance to read your post to give you advise. I have only read that these symptoms will pass. Stay tuned for responses!!!

Hi Roka, I'm no expert altho I should be after a couple of false starts smoke free for 120days and 90 days respectively. Im on my final Quit and i will be 2 years free early next year. If you can provide a little more info others here will be very eager to offer some advice that they found helpful and may help you!

And
TO theone, If you would like some personalized input, please open your "STORY"...........If you can publish your story on your own page and not on Rokas page it would make things easier.
All the best to both of you.
