Hi, Seven months QUIT now. Feeling good. I still have a thing for carrots! Got a lot easier as of late, no or zero temptation. Wishing you all the best.

and celery & carrot sticks waz a constant feature too!
thankfully, we get beyond the distractions and it is so great to be free
