6 Months

Six months is a pretty good milestone
Never thought that I would make it this far...
I think this place and a lot of YOU had alot to do with me succeeding
I take it one day at a time .. but its gotten a lot easier as time has passed
Can’t wait for the 12 month milestone
😬👍

You'll find the next 6 months going by much quicker and without much thought at all to smoking. I rarely ever do. This group is just a part of my routine as are other sites. I am pleased to help others and always happy when more participate. We feed on each others success.
6 months is a great milestone, but just that, a milestone. You know you are home free when you understand why you smoked, and love your new status as a non -smoker. Why wouldn't we be? Once the cravings have subsided there is no desire to go back. I believe that those who slip back into the trap just forget momentarily how addictive nicotine is, even after years. N>O>P>E don't even dare!. I am certain they regret it too.
So congrats on your first try and success! Have you really never half-heartedly tried to quit in the early years.? We have the tools at hand now unlike years ago. Quitting can even be easy!

6 months is a GREAT milestone Iwant2, we don't trust ourselves enough sometimes, a strong belief in ourselves is what's needed at all times. Keep on posting, Keep on reading and keep off the smokes (NOPE) not one puff ever.
Congratulations.

It doesnt make cents.
I pay myself $185.50 every week.
I Don't Miss smoking either.

Hi want2.
Take the debate away.
The cigarette was something we smoked in the past. Not now and definitely something we dont want forevermore.
We smoked far too much and for long enough.
Our smoking live's are over.
We Dont Smoke
