Hi guys again, now with no. 11.. :)
So great to be in such period of quitting, when I don't think about it, I do not have to check my quitting apps everyday, write diary, miss something, be afraid and so.. It's very good stage.. It's where I want to be 11 months ago.. I didn't know how long it will take, but I was determined to dig it out.. :)
Lately I saw few 1 years celebrations, congrat to you guys, be aware, that I will be part of 1 year club soon too.. :) I'm looking forward to it..
Currently my life is better, I started to excercise again, so I have a good feeling from myself..

So good to hear from you again Matik and please keep on reading and posting, and congratulations on 11 months. I must say I didn't know there was a quitting app, I just used my phone diary every day to write and remind myself of my quit, with my own special Mantra.
For all the new ones on this site, it is a testament, that this forum works as we are all involved in one goal to permamently quit smoking. Well done and come back next month.
Congratulations matik-one and we will be waiting to celebrate your one year with you. I t is truly a worthy celebration when we can go on about our lives without cigarettes and just knowing that we are happy to have achieved our new status and therefore never in fear of going back. ...... In my opinion That is the most important milestone of all.

Thank you guys.. really just 4 weeks.. that's nothink.. even first 4 weeks were long as year itself.. :)
More then 3000 days and still shows here, that's what I want to be as well, live proof that we can and will.. :)
