31 days smoke free hardest thing I ever had to do but so far so good did it all for my 5 year son I was a heavy smoker for 25 years a pack a day if I can do anybody can pretty proud off my self

schedule 7 Feb 2021

Be proud of yourself. Be a good role model for your son. You will find that you have more money for meaningful things and time spent without interruption. Have the health and energy to play ball and keep up to your son. Life is so good without cigarettes and nicotine ruling and keeping us broke.

schedule 7 Feb 2021

Yes Greg, My advise is to stay Quit and please dont let smoking nicotine back into your life. Stay in control. keep nicotine (smokes) from controlling your thinking.

Smoking can twist the old grey mater and run rampit, if not take your money. It will prematurely kill you ( us)

schedule 7 Feb 2021

Welcome Greg, you just need to put NOPE (not one puff ever) in your daily talk with yourself, it works and keeps you true to yourself and your son.

Congratulations on 31 days, easy sailing from now on.

Wow Greg! 31 days is ahhhmazing!! I'm only on day 2! You're my hero, don't ever stop. The most important reason to quit? You want to quit smoking because you love yourself. Let me say that again, you love yourself. How's that for being a good role model for your baby boy?
