Hi Rhee. The mindset is needed to beat the psychological part of quitting smoking. If you miss it and resent others smoking still, then you need to adjust your way of thinking. We look forward to things we WANT to do and make plans eagerly. When we are apprehensive about something, we start self doubting, and do not look forward to it the same way.

Many will attest to how wonderful they feel after quitting smoking. Sometimes they struggle to get there, just as you are going through a phase, but none of those who are free of the addiction now will tell you that they are not happy about it. They will all tell you that it was worth it.

Allan Carr's e-book will help you to understand why you smoked, how it did nothing for you , not ever! We were brainwashed and even deluded ourselves. The truths shall set you free. What have you got to lose by reading it? It's FREE. My original link to it is gone, but I will give a link to a site which has a PDF file he gives in the first paragraph. . FREE. Just click on it and it will take you to the e-book. Scroll down and enjoy!

Everyone, even those quit, should copy this and save it somewhere for future reference. I cannot guarantee that it will always be made available! I have been to the site several times and will vouch for it's safety. Even you can quit smoking....The Easy Way.
