Hey guys. I just wanted to pop in and let you know that I am still on track. Had very rough days but didn't smoke. I think I managed to code myself as a non smoker. I keep away from cigarette smokes as the smell is really revolting for me now. I am happy about how far I made it with all your help. Many thanks.

Awesome results. When we can hate the smell too I should think you are home=free. I don't mind the smell, its the lingering stink afterwards. I got nauseous while pregnant but still took smoking up again. Sure do wish I had quit then...but didn't have the mindset or support system decades ago like we do now. I am glad to help others escape and find their freedom too.
Great Job Drmem89!

Great news Drmem, you have a good attitude to help you on your way, and of course, this website helps to keep you on track. Thank you for dropping by with your updates, you have certainly come a long way. Congratulations on just over 6months smoke free, I hope you are living well now that you have that extra money, we can now afford to buy all the healthy foods we couldn't afford before.

hi dermy! There's no one around. Could the trump voting thingo have peoples attention? Dont know why it would matter to our world.
I think a doctor could have more relevance to our health and wellbeing!
