Heavenly breathing

Hi all I hope you’ve all had a fantastic smoke free day,I stopped smoking nearly three months ago cold turkey, through the three months I had various emotions along the way, towards the end of month 1 I hit a wall and was feeling down in myself, but that passed and I moved on through it,towards the end of the second month I had a health scare but that’s all passed and I got through that too,now nearly at three months I’m feeling fantastic,I’m running 5k three times a week now and really loving it,my teeth are turning really white compared to what they was,my skin has vastly improved, and the wrinkles round my eyes have improved loads,I was walking to work this morning and the air was lovely and cold,I took a deep breath and it felt absaloutly awesome, when I smoked and took a deep breath it used to hurt when I got to the real depth of a breath, but now it’s perfect,it felt that good I found myself constantly taking really big breaths in,the cold air filling up my lungs,I loved it,if anyone would have been walking near me on my journey they would have thought I was a weirdo lol but I wouldn’t have cared,I’m so so happy I’ve stopped smoking,it has completely changed my life, from the way I feel,to the way I think,I’ve repainted all my home and freshened it up,so that now feels and smells fresh and clean,it’s really hard to explain into words how stopping smoking changes your life,I feel on top of the world,so to all of you guys just starting your journey,it’s absaloutly fantastic, never smoke again,it’s tough for the first 10 days but hang in there and there will come a time where you feel how I’m feeling now, totally loving the smoke free life,I should have done it years ago,

Funny how we all love the fact that we quit smoking and wished we had done so years ago. If only we knew what we know today. The world is smaller with the internet and so much at our fingertips. The aid of a forum helps to keep us accountable too...and the belief that I see in the newcomers is awesome. Keep up the positivity Steve.

Thank you Happiness I will do,I’ll never look at a cigarette again now,I don’t crave,or think about them anymore really, apart from thinking, why on earth did I do that, and it feels great that I’ve beat it😀

I just got your request for the link to Allan Carr. Click on Happiness here or anywhere and find my story and the link within. https://www.reddit.com/r/lastsmoke/comments/7iu9aq/group_readin
Enjoy the read!

Great job Steve, Keep it up but don't ever let your guard down. Too many people went right back to smoking after just one puff. NOPE - not one puff ever.
Cheers

The link does work, within the link in which he discusses the book, in the first paragraph he gives a link to the PDF file. I tested the link before posting and again now.

My apologizes, you are right and they blocked the PDF......
I will see if I have another link. I have posted a couple different ones over the past two years. I urged people to read it FREE while they could.

hurray I found it!!!! http://media.wix.com/ugd/74fa87_2010cc5496521431188f905b7234a829.pdf
Keep scrolling down and enjoy the read. Don't skim but absorb every word. It is worth the little time it takes.
