Hi everyone

Just an update 119 days and counting. Smoke free

Just easier now once you have the right mindset.

I don't think of them as often now and don't have cravings as much.

I'm on the right track now.

Thanks for all support.

I'm working toward Xmas and been smoke free in the new year πŸ₯‚πŸ₯‚

Have a lovely Sunday afternoon.

Out to the garden I go to listen to the birds and do some potting of my plants πŸŒ·πŸŒΌπŸ’πŸ’πŸ’πŸŒΈπŸŒΊ

Time passes so quickly. I can hardly believe you are already 119 days. Good for you.! Yes, the mindset will enlighten your path and keep you from faltering in the future. It is not about willpower, but in wanting better than what we had, and knowing we can enjoy being free from smoking. Be proud Gemma....be free.πŸ‘
