After reading today’s stories a song by Queen “we are the champions” spontaneously started playing in my head. It keeps playing and I can’t get rid of it. Congrats to all my fellow quitters because to quit this addiction you’ve got to be a champion.

We are definitely the champions...winners. Smoking held us back, chained us to a very uncertain future and a multitude of negative ideals, Freedom is unbelievably better. Yes, cigarettes can bite the dust. Freedom is Terrific! Smoking is overrated! Smoke and mirrors
Ha Ha! Or the B side of another one bites the dust, don't try suicide. I read somewhere that when you smoke you are on the suicide installment plan. Sad but true. Rock on beautiful EX-smokers!!
