Hi Everyone, My name is Faisal, I am 33 years old.
Today is my 59th day. I would like to share new improvements at this stage,
- Way of communication improve, positivity enhance.
- Skin glow, blood circulation improve
- Digestion problems Improved
- Breathing Improved,
- Physical activities improved compare to first few Wks.
Most importantly, No craving at this stage, getting better day by day. May Allah Bless all of you

That's wonderful, Congratulations. Watch out for those extra calories, have a slice not a cake....even if you are deserving. Losing the weight has taken me a lot longer than quitting smoking. ....and then there is keeping it off. I have to still eat less now that i weigh less. With quitting smoking, it is done! Over. Never look back. NOPE.

Hello Faisal Azeem. Older quitters on this site could only dream of recapturing what you have at your age. I think you are a bright guiding light for younger visitors to this site. Do return and report on your progress. For younger people you are a guiding beacon.

Thats really great Faisal, it is good that younger people visit and post, but it is not the age that is important, the goal belongs to everyone. We oldies never had a forum to help us on the way. Keep on sending those upbeat posts, it is so rewarding to read them Thank you

Hi DAB57, I rewarded myself with chocolate cake yesterday, My family celebrate with me, it was bit exciting and give me a new courage.
Thank you Happiness, Lia, Softly40 & Safe2017, for the kind words and appreciation. :)
