Days smoke free
I am so pleased to say 109 days smoke free with 1 slip up which I Think is not really that bad for someone who that had no willpower atal
But obviously I do as I had enough power to take back control after slip up.
I am very proud to be almost at 4 months smoke free.
I think what keep me motivated now is the thought of how hard I worked to get this far smoke free.
It is not an easy addiction to give up and I do not want to go back to the start because I worked so hard to break that addiction.
Congratulations Gemma, willpower is overrated the power over is underrated, in other words: I will is for the present, : Power over is a committment to yourself which remains forever. NOPE (not one puff ever)
Congrats Gemma, keep it up. People used to ask me why I smoked and wouldn't quit. My answer always was: 1) I enjoy it way too much to quit and 2) I have will, I have power but I have no will power. LOL. Only after you really quit you realize that both excuses were your weakness that kept you down.

Yes, will and power are not the same as the mindset. You can regain control of your life when you truly set your mind to it. When we stop making excuses to save face and instead face the real truth we will find that our weakness keeps us prisoner. We are strong enough to beat the addiction. Looking at smoking in a new light will keep you free. Great Job Gemma!

Thank you all having a lovely day so far been and got some new plants for my garden and enjoying a lovely fruit smoothie sitting in my garden and smelling the beautiful flowers and of course the lovely fresh air.
