My fight with myself

Hi guys..
My story continue as I am on 14th day..
Begining of week 2 went quite ok with cravings under control as it had been during week 1, but middle of this week was so crazy, I had symptoms as cannot fully breathe and my concentration was on point 0 - I wasn't able to remember even one reason why I quit, it was the hardest 24 hours yet started on 11 day until 12 day afternoon.. Now I see was probably because my the longest attempt this year was 11 days and 20 hours.. So I very well knew that and my body tried me to not pass this day again.. I didn't light up just because I knew that it solve nothing.. It would make it even worse.. (I know that mainly because I remember my last attempt to quit and failed 3 days after - that cigarette wasn't tasty and wasn't helped me at all, I was very disapoined at that time).. Ending of the week lasted a long for me, hour after hour thinking and fighting..
It's really day after day, I need to concentrate just for that day, just for present minutes and hours..
My countermeasure is that I wrote down emergency plan - mottos and reasons and things I need to do prior I light up.. "What stopping you right now? It's only you" & "It's always going to be difficult" My secret weapon is the video No Excuses, check this out, maybe will help you as well.. Link: https://youtu.be/wnHW6o8WMas
I know just two things right now:
Without this phorum I didn't successfuly passed the second week and the second one: See you next week.. :)

I love the simple truth. "The battle is won in the mind". It gets to the heart of the problem. Desire freedom and all the benefits of being a non-smoker. Welcome the change, stop fearing it.

Welcome again Matic_one, and thanks for providing this link for others to see if they feel the need to do so, you have worked very hard in creating your own philosophy to smoking, there are many ways of looking at a problem, and I think I learned a lot about myself in this process. I eventually realized that belief in myself was really the crux of the problem for me. I also wanted to be free and happy in this process and eventually came to believe this was achievable, rather than bring myself down.
Keep well and happy in your continuing commitment NOPE (not one puff ever)

i watched your link for some motivation. i enjoyed watching young gym junkies working out in the gym with ways of splitting cells in the pursuit of producing more muscle on the body and the thinking that is consistent to reaching your healthy goal. its an awesome youtube. thx
MY advice is in order to build muscle mass, smoking will only poison the blood and oxygen and nutrients to grow your muscles and not produce results you are hoping for. Make the decision to never smoke any carcinogenics..
Most importantly, get medical help if you have troble breathing!
Go build the body you want, inhaling smoke has to be gone from your routine to achieve it.
all the best in your quest buddy!
