What's goin on? I'm 44 days free but I'm still coughing and spitting yellowish mucus thing..still have slightly pain in my back and chest,a mild soar throat and anxiety... I'm irritated as always..corona is stressing me out.. is this normal after quitting smoking or I'm goin crazy?

schedule 11 May 2020

Coughing up gunk is a sign that your body is healing. I waited but never did. All quits are different. In turn it may cause your other pains. Hang in there and be proud of yourself.

Your job at the moment is to learn to relax Sadm3, we have all experienced a panicky feeling at odd times. There are plenty of relaxation tapes, music etc out there. Find one just for you. Mine was going through my whole body and relaxing any muscles that were tight, your concentration and relaxation is just the thing to stop any thoughts which you don't need. One step at a time.

Is a Sign your Body is Cleaning. Don't give up now Satan is ramping up his Anti, because he knows your Kicking goals and about got it beat. The chemicals they put in tobacco open up cells in your lungs, so when you give up and go back to normal the chest make be discomfort, for a little while before things settle. Don't pick them up again, your healing, Mind Body, soul.
