Happy

Feeling happy that I’ve stopped using the patches. I certainly found them very helpful for the first 3 weeks. I am not implying they are bad/good. It’s all about what works for each of us personally. I’m just happy and feeling stronger each day. Positive energy to all.

If you are HAPPY and thankful for the fact that you are a non-smoker or ex-smoker then you should have no problem letting the nicotine go. When the urge to get the fix comes just remember that part of the addiction to nicotine is mostly over in 72 hours since the last patch. Pisces did even have the urge,...she was so thrilled that she was winning! Desiring to be free and letting the past go will help you achieve the new you.
No more stink, holes, empty pockets, self loathing......
I am thrilled for you that you feel ready to spread your wings and fly. We have to at some time or become addicted to nicotine in a different form. The psychological part is hardest fought and I feel confident that you are already a winner.

great stuff our friend. No more sink holes, budgeting worries or smelly fingers for us! I think you have done the right thing stopping the patches? Personally they made me itch, keep me awake at night, didnt let my body recover from lack of the drug NICOTINE and probably kept me physically addicted!
I didnt really understand the Mind-Set at that stage, but I got the notion from this website and once I read the book It all clicked and made sense
You have got this completely Zen Calm.

Well done to you Zen calm, its a good idea to get rid of the nicotine completely, this is the drug that keeps you chained and needing one after the other. You are gaining happiness through your own belief system, and what works for you, keep on meditating growing in self knowledge and sharing your story.

Hi puff no more. Thanks for your comments. Feeling a lot better off the patches. Hope all is going good for you as well.

Hi happiness. The psychological side is becoming interesting. I never realised I has so may stories in my head! Am observing them and writing them down.
Am sometimes doing a myriad of tasks in half an hour. Going from one thing to the other. I’m calling it my jig saw head experience. 😊. Occasional headache and coughing - I’m telling my brain to go with it and accept it. My clothes, my home and me all smell nice. Keep well.
