Getting happier

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 20 Apr 2020

The happy feeling gets better every day! I certainly have a lot more energy. I’m laughing at the weird things I do sometimes - think it’s called loss of focus. Anyway whatever it is I’m going with it .

schedule 21 Apr 2020

So glad you are happy and able to laugh at yourself. Also feel proud of yourself and your wonderful accomplishment. Well done!

Hi again Zen Calm, its all that watching what you do, before you do it, sometimes you wonder at why you do something just out of habit but never noticed before. Its delightful at times I agree. Keep on noticing how funny you are, there is a line somewhere of old. "if you can laugh at yourself then the world laughs with you"

Hi Zen Calm.

I'm still going according to my plan of never smoking anything.

I'm getting over the silly things we think, do and still have a few strange dreams sometimes, but honestly..... So, so pleased to class smoking of something I used to do!

I put $185.50 every week (weekly impost of my old smoking habit) into my credit card debt.

I have $16,003.00 debt remaining . and was created by smoking $742 every month.

wow.

i'm happy to be free of that cost.

stay on course like me Zen and others take note

OTHERS KNOW WHAT i'm saying.

practice nope everyday and at all times

Hi puffnomore. Am staying on course and taking it easy. Feel tired quite often am hoping that will adjust over time. Well done on getting the credit card debt sorted. I am in awe of the extra money in my bank account over the last 5 weeks! What an eye opener that’s been. My brain is catching up more each day.
