Rewards

7 days=i week. Decided this morning to allow myself a little reward. Using the money i've saved from this past week, I was able to fill my vehicle with fuel and drive north to the next country town, check out a museum there that I have wanted to see for ages, but never could, never had the money, and then shout myself some lunch at an amazing bakery. Completely new experience for me as to do this was just so out of reach for me financially as it was always to important to buy cigarettes. Any way i just wanted to share my little escapade with you, and seeing not only healthy rewards we get by stopping smoking but doing something that non smokers take for granted because they can afford to.

You are a hero! Week one - you nailed It! It is so good to see that money being spent on so thing so rewarding.
Well done Mandella.

I was always feeling terrible that buying smokes was so important to me too!
I bought my last packet a week ago and I didnt mind paying $53 for that one, because, I knew it was the last packet.

WITH EYES OPEN AND MINDS CLEAR we now realize just how much we were enslaved by nicotine and the filthy habit. Congratulations on choosing change.

You will have those precious memories forever, so keep them mounting up and enjoy life this way. Great work
