G'day folks, day 4 done and dusted, sleep issues from first two nights of sleeping difficulty hopefully is resolved, slept like a log last night and feeling much better this morning, rested and positive+++, You could say it was a result of exhaustion, however i woke up with Alan Carrs book open on my chest, so i reckon i slept the easy way. positives are, even with the COPD i'm breathing easier and handling the little issues of any day without the need to poison myself. NOPE always cheers!

Hi Mandella,
I'm also breathing better now, now that we have jumped out of that stinking sh#t, ah ,,,sinking ship of smokers.
The thought of Quitting was worse.

i believe reading the book can cause a desired shift in your way of thinking which has the effect of unveiling the truths so that we see how we were cohorted into substance abuse. from then on we have reason to fight for our freedom and hopefully to restore some health.Anyone can quit smoking. I am very happy to hear that puff-no-more has finally embarked enthusiatically on this voyage. I know that i regret waiting so long. We dreaded the thought for years unnecessarily . We can do this!
