Enjoying My Life

G'day all, Day 6 and still free and living the dream. Have disposed of the patches after finishing Allan Carrs book and feel great. I know for sure that I have smoked my last cigarette and used my last patch. It surely is wonderful to be free, Cheers to all

Keep strong Mandella.
I smoked my last cigarette last thursday and already forgotten it.
You're so right. Its wonderful.

Thanks Puff, yep it, knowing youve broken the link between cigarettes and nicotine has such benelovant change to the way i view my addiction. I know that stopping cigarettes is nothing, purging the nicotine and the thoughts that Old Nic Tine allowed me minimised once I knew and understood what he was about, Stay strong my friend and believe in the freedom that you have chosen to embark upon!!!!

I like that - you're free? You didn't have to stay quite for 2 years? Your free after just 6 days? I quite 40 days - I must be free too!

Its just a great feeling not to be anyones or anythings slave Mentally and physically.

you are free when you no longer have the desire to smoke a nd are grateful for the changes given as a non-smoker
