G'day all, Day 6 and still free and living the dream. Have disposed of the patches after finishing Allan Carrs book and feel great. I know for sure that I have smoked my last cigarette and used my last patch. It surely is wonderful to be free, Cheers to all

Thanks Puff, yep it, knowing youve broken the link between cigarettes and nicotine has such benelovant change to the way i view my addiction. I know that stopping cigarettes is nothing, purging the nicotine and the thoughts that Old Nic Tine allowed me minimised once I knew and understood what he was about, Stay strong my friend and believe in the freedom that you have chosen to embark upon!!!!
