I know I just posted and was high-fiving myself all over town at my 4 week mark. But I am excited to count in months, and soon enough years.

So one month has passed. Whoop Whoop!!

I am so glad to be a non-smoker. WTF was I thinking?? I have been in a smoke screen for 25 years.

Loving life

Thank you. My next reward is going to be some proper shoes. My dogs are loving the extra walks we are doing, and now and then they want to run. When I tried to run with them, I slipped over. Embarrassment plus in my tiny town. The scabs have faded. Not game to do a youtube search.

I truly don't know what has kept me enslaved for so long. I
