1001 days, yeehaa!!

I've just joined the 4 digit club and it feels great!!
I gave up with nrt, first mouthspray then gum. It really is just the nicotine. After a while I could be in the newsagents and not think about buying cigarettes but when I was in the chemist I'd think 'oh, some gum would be nice'. It took a while but I'm now free of nrt, smoking and nicotine altogether. No intention of going back or having another puff.
One tip to pass on and that's to write down you're reasons for quiting and the befifits of quiting, write it as bullet points and when you're on the computer refer to it constantly throughout the day, it'll help change your mindset.
Good luck to all!

Congratulations Dougie52. A Wonderful milestone to reach and be assured that with reminders of our journey, nicotine can surely be put to rest in our past. Thanks for sharing and motivation others to success , and also in a great tip in how to achieve the mindset. I truly feel that the right mindset make the entire journey not only easier but lasting. I hope others utilize helpful hints given and that you will join us from time to time to reinforce your amazing success.

A Good idea to keep reminding ourselves of our reasons to quit. 4 Digit Club! Absolutely great, I guess you have already given yourself your big reward. Thanks for popping in to help others me included.

Welcome to the 4 digit club. It is really a great milestone. No desire to go back to day 1. We all feel the pain of those starting out on day 1, all 24 hours of it. No way will we go back. Once that early stage is in the past we know there is no way we would go back. Enjoy all those numbers in the road ahead. Power to you.
