I've just joined the 4 digit club and it feels great!!

I gave up with nrt, first mouthspray then gum. It really is just the nicotine. After a while I could be in the newsagents and not think about buying cigarettes but when I was in the chemist I'd think 'oh, some gum would be nice'. It took a while but I'm now free of nrt, smoking and nicotine altogether. No intention of going back or having another puff.

One tip to pass on and that's to write down you're reasons for quiting and the befifits of quiting, write it as bullet points and when you're on the computer refer to it constantly throughout the day, it'll help change your mindset.

Good luck to all!

Welcome to the 4 digit club. It is really a great milestone. No desire to go back to day 1. We all feel the pain of those starting out on day 1, all 24 hours of it. No way will we go back. Once that early stage is in the past we know there is no way we would go back. Enjoy all those numbers in the road ahead. Power to you.
