2 weeks! Feeling good. Last couple of days have been easier than the few days before it in terms of cravings.

Ive gone long periods of the day without even thinking about smoking, but when I eventually do, its around my usual habit times like after meals, having coffee etc. Still dont think my taste is back 100%, or maybe Im just overestimating what it should be.

All in all its going well. For anyone struggling with the decision to quit or those in the early days Id say, keep going and do it! Its definitely wodth it!

You are making great progress PV. It is encouraging to be bothered less and less as the days pass without those unwelcome urges. Soon they will become a distant memory . As warned, be vigilant and prepared should he come sneaking around. NOPE! Not One Puff Ever because we know that we can be sent back to square one.

Awesome job! Keep up the positive thnking.

Thanks everyone. Yep, NOPE is front and centre of my mind. I know there will be situations in the future when Ill be around temptations and Ill have to lean heavily on NOPE.

Nuts - yep Ive realised the samething with salt and sugar. Cutting down on both should increse the health benefits.
