17 days of no smoking

I’m on my 17 th day of not smoking I use gum and patches. Never thought I could stop but still doing great and so proud of myself

You should feel proud of yourself Pedro62 and everyone here is proud of you too. Congratulations on the 17 days, keep going. Perhaps you might like to read more about that nasty person called Nicotine as you go forward.

17 days is a period that would have seemed nye on a impossible task for me this time last year, well done and keep it going
You quit that first day,the next 17 were repeating that brilliant first day
You have overcome the high hurdle, keep repeating that first day ajnd never look back

You should be ecstatic. Smoking is one o the hardest addictions to break. Way to go and stay smoke free.

Keep going pedro62. 17 days is a huge amount and it gets easier every day.

You deserve to be well pleased with your quit, your attitude to being a non smoker is very good, keep it going

I am so happy for you Pedro, you're doing great! Read and Learn from our posts and on the web. Understanding nicotine and fully accepting this journey makes it not only easier but also sustainable. Everyone should read Allan Carr.... which i have posted and its free. Did you know that some people get his book because they want to quit, but won't read it through because they are afraid that they will quit? There is nothing to fear but fear itself. Fear can paralyze us into doing nothing . Once faced they can be dealt with. Cravings for the most part are merely thoughts...... who knew.....?
Keep up the great effort and believe that you CAN do this and you WiLL!
