ok 5 days no smoking, good! no problems, no nicotine aids. The problem is that I had restarded back in November after 11 months being clean. Why? simple: 1 sigarette with friends after a few drinks. then the following week another one, then the following week another one? hey I felt invincible: I can smoke 1 sigarette on Saturday and that's it! hahahah no dear friends, it does not work this way. A month later a bought a packet after a problem at work. I smoked one and left the full packet in the park. The follwoing day I bought another packet and started smoking 2, then 3, then 4, then 10 per day. here I am again 5 days clean, I have put my self again thought this process, 1 week, 1 month, 100 days, 6 months. I don't know what to say more, but i am sure you understand what I mean.

Hi Cosi and welcome to the club. Guess what? You aren’t the first nor the last whom this happened to. The same thing happened to me not once but twice. This is my third and final quit and I practice NOPE concept - not one puff ever. Take what you’ve learned from your slip up and based on your past mistakes start a new successful quit. Good luck.

Good for you for renewing your effort. Hopefully others will take heed and spare themselves the grief of having to start over. NOPE is the mantra to remember and never try to defy. Thanks for sharing your story Cosi I am sure you will adapt much more quickly this time around.
