Staying strong after a month of quitting (27-28 days really).

Every now and then it feels like picking up a stick and letting myself have a few drags...

Then I say to myself, u quit for a reason, if u give up now, all the time u disnt smoke will be wasted effort!

What helped me most was that I worked from home for the most part after quitting and being at home with the family reduces the number of times i feel like smoking again...

So far so good!!

Great job GV and yes it would be a waste to feed the nicodemon after all this time. You are doing well and your family must be proud. Stay true to yourself and become the non-smoker you were intended to be.

Great job GV we are the same amount of time as non smokers and we a free just remember that it doesn’t control you. I have the thoughts and urges too but don’t act on them that’s something I used to do I’m a non smoker now.

stick to your plan, just say no. one drag can set you into addiction again.

I love that! NOPE! That's awesome! I am going to give my husband that one. He is trying to quit as well. And congrats to you, GV. Please don't go back to it. You will never regret quitting. I promise.
