Breath through your feelings

Friends calling around with out notice. I just took a couple of minutes to settle my self. For some reason I had the thought "all will be ok"."think positive ", "think positive " relax, breath slowly.

Just take it one hour at a time, You might get a buzz. (light headed). Its probably the lack of carbon monoxide. More Oxygen than your used to.

You may be on to something PuffNoMore. For a few days i did feel disoriented.... i put it down to a different routine, and something my body missed and reacted to. I still knew that it would be a good thing, as i went cold turkey. When i tried decades ago and got that feeling on Zyban and years later Patches I felt so out of it i could not concentrate on my job. That , plus the fact of no internet and understanding gave me an "excuse to stop trying to quit"
. I still maintain that a solid belief in yourself and this journey and a thirst for knowledge about it makes it so possible , and in some cases so much easier.
You are doing great Jo... stay positive!
