It's been 190 days but it looks like I stopped smoking yesterday.

Congrats to you. I'm 7 months quit. It's hard at first but worth it in the end right? I'm following the NOPE policy also.

Wonderful accomplishment Ravisca. Keep up the good work and attitude! Anyone can quit smoking if you put your mind and heart into it.
