saw the "lung lady" at the medical centre today, on her machine, in 2 weeks I've gone from "not very much" to just over 50%, bit of emphysema there but asthma has raised it's head, on small medication but Doc said "you've nipped it in the bud by the look of it" don't give up people, smoked for 50 years but after 2 weeks I can mow the dust (drought here), trim shrubs etc & not have to sit down to catch my breath - magic

Any your health will continue to improve for about a year! Great job on almost 2 weeks for you tomorrow Dpen. You can do this with an open mind and positive thinking and the want for a better you. You are well on your way .

Just mowed my yard 'n got my lungs full of dust. Its been a hot dry summer here too!

So glad your health is improving.
