Thank you sooooo much to everyone for your messages. I can’t work out how to answer each of you. It’s been 15 days and I’m feeling similar to other people. Tired and aches are the main things. Trying to drink lots of water and healthy eating to flush out the toxins. This silly season will be hard but I’m still feeling positive. Had my throat op so that’s a very good reason never to smoke again. Has scared me so much. Love to you all.

Hi Zammy , You can do it. Take it one day at the time and remember that craving come and go but the longer you stay away from smoking the less frequent and less powerful they become. And the day will come when you won’t feel any cravings, maybe for a split second only. Good luck.
