Day37

Thank you for your support. I just had my 62 bday. I started at 17. It was the one thing I did that was my own choice. Duh? I have tried to stop throughout the years but seriously never succeeded more than one month. I’m scared I’ll give in but I’m not going to! Someone pls tell me it gets better?

Hi Azkt, it gets a lot better as the time goes on. Stick with your quitting plan and sooner or later (but hopefully sooner) you will be free from this nasty addiction. You will feel so much better because you will rule your life and there won't be no more physical and mental suffering. I know it's easier said than done but hang in there. Chew gum or whatever. Good luck and stay strong.

Hi! I am on 38 days!
Stick with it..try think how good your doing, cos you are. I know it's hard, but I don't want to be a Smoker anymore! It's a new you! Keep going and good luck 👍👍

There's going to be good days and bad days! Stay strong! You got this! Whenever I feel a craving coming on, I tell myself "I AM NO LONGER A SMOKER! I'M NEVER SMOKING AGAIN!"
