Relapsed but still on track

HI all, still doing fine. Except...except my partner has left ciggies around and when we've had some drinks, I have had a few cigarettes. 4 this weekend. So, whilst I found having some drinks eased the cravings, I have decided not to drink for next 2 weeks and I think this will help as I hardly have cravings now. There have many times I haven't caved in to buy some so that has been pleasing. But it's time to resist ciggies when they are on my kitchen table. Whatever you do, never give up.

Good luck LizaRokka, Mark Twain said it best - “Giving up smoking is the easiest thing in the world. I know because I've done it thousands of times.” I bet just about every former smoker had a relapse at least once. I sure did more than once. Don't give up, stay strong, don't let nico-devil play head games with you and keep going. Good luck.
