Allen Carr and NOPE

Joining a forum and learning about the nicotine addiction was crucial to my quit. Finally after more than 40 years a heavy smoker, I found the belief in myself that I could quit. I looked beyond the smoke for truths and found them. I even found it easy to quit and so while some can agree with me, I also know that many can feel resentment. I do not say it to gloat, but to let you know that the mindset can change things. Seeing things in a different way can make a change in attitude and new understanding. I only hope that I have helped some to achieved this and that they have gone on without undue stress and anxiety. Allen Car was a great influence on my hubby and daughter. I can see why my quit was successful without reading the book first. I am sure than my continued success has much to do with these understandings.
Reading all the wonderful stories here also instills belief and motivation. All who are here are on the right track to freedom from smoking.
Believe and you can do it.

I forgot to post the link to the FREE Allan Carr e-book, so here it is again, and I urge you to read it. No downloads, just find where you left off.

You are my comrade-in-arms. We are done with it but won't ever forget what it's like on the other side. Stay strong.
Cheers.
